Veggie Everyday

Theme: "Pagkain ng Gulay Ugaliin, Araw-araw itong Ihain."
    
     In connection to the theme mentioned above, let me take the risk to explain further and elaborate more about taking or eating vegetables everyday.
     Vegetables can be enjoyable to take with pleasing preparation. There are now many ways to prepare a dish comprising vegetables. Our creative minds can create new kinds of dishes out of the things found in the typical kitchens of the Filipinos.
     I have positive reactions regarding this topic.This is appropriate for our daily lifestyle. Mixing vegetables to every dish can be an experiment too. It must be done in meals to assure that you are taking in sufficient supply of  nutrients our body needs. 
     Philippines is not the only country experiencing financial crisis. These foods are reliable to serve. Vegetable plantation is a good way of producing more raw products for our economy. Also, these kinds of herbs are medicinal and can be substitutes to high costly commercial medicines. It is believed that a minimum of two to three servings of nutrient-rich food such as veggies are good to our health.
     Healthy well-being associated with daily dose of veggies promotes longer life. The nutritional values of these are proven throughout the years. We can also call them wonder foods. They may kill or prevent agents that a disease can carry. 
     So, may i conclude that each of every individual in earth dealing with everyday green wonders must take care of veggies. We must conserve them for the next generation and develop new products out of these that humans can be benefited everyday of our lives.
      The nutrition month celebration theme in the Philippines states that we must eat vegetables and include them in our meals everyday. The month of July must be not the only time to practice this, it should be from January to December ever year. You not need just to memorize the said theme, apply this to our lives.
