     Christmas is the time we celebrate the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem. This is the season when we thank Him for saving us. The moment we should not surpass in showing back love for other people. In the way material things are not the center of amusement but the truth is being good not only for Christmas but better this time.
     For me, we should not praise Santa Claus for this holiday season but the only Son of God, Jesus Christ. Its not all about exchanging material things that can be called a gift but its the sharing and giving pure love to each and every individual. Its not about the type of food we serve in the table or how grand its presentation and quantity but the fact of the togetherness and oneness of the members of the family. The bright lights and glowing decorations are not counted if we are not  contented deep inside.
    I am looking forward not in the noche buena in every Christmas eve. I am not excited for opening gifts and eating delicious foods. I'm not interested in the clothes people wear in simbang gabi, I'm not after the parties and everything because I know in every laughters of mine somebody is suffering in some parts of the world. They even don't have dish for Christmas eve. How can I celebrate if I think all of these? Now, I conclude that the true essence of Christmas is not how being happy due to presents but bringing joy.

     They say it is better to give than to receive anyway. It's not important what I had received but what I gave. I am referring in treating people right. By how? Loving and caring for them as making them special. For all people involved in my year 2012, I thank them because they are the evidences of the essence of Christmas. Thank You and Happy Holidays! :))

you + me = EQUALITY

     In Mathematics, we have the right to use the symbol "=" for equality. We treat variables x and y as correlation. In the real world; you and me, do we enjoy equal rights and equal opportunities?
     We were born in the same manner. No clothes, no shoes, nor jewels, which means what you exactly have is the same as mine. But as we go on with life, we are being ranked by different aspects in living such as economic status, race, gender and individual differences. This boundaries serve as bridges and hindrance to treat one the same as the other. They are penetrated by the subdivisions of considerations in nature.
     Of course our government would not let this rule. There are some different republic acts that we can avail. There are equal rights law and human rights acts for freedom of living. For example is the Philippine Magna Carta of Women, and many more based on categories. This shows that: Discrimination is ILLEGAL!
     We will die again in the same way. We will cross another life the same. We started equally and will end accordingly. We were born, we were raised, we struggled, we survived, we will stop breathing. When we were babies we had the same features and when we will pass away, our bodies will decay like all other people do. There are no exceptions no matter how high are you when you were still alive. It doesn't matter who you are or what kind of family did you came from. Nobody will ask how rich or poor are you, are you intelligent or how many people likes you.
     My dear readers, our loving creator treat us equally. He wants us to attain equal rights and equal opportunities among us. Don't let others bring you down by differences we have. Remember to keep this in your heart: you plus me equals equality for rights and opportunities. What you have, I can also have. Your needs are also my needs. We are but humans and we are not perfect.

     The world has undergone changes that rapidly changed also our lives. These changes may occur naturally or man-made. Catastrophic phenomena have been recorded due to the extent that we had destroyed the original and perfect cycle processes that happens on earth.

     The most popular and famous change this days is the so called CLIMATE CHANGE. What is this all about? How can it bring damage to society? How can we stop this sufferings?

      Since then, we always talk about the weather and climate. Maybe this moment the sun is shining bright but a few seconds raindrops will fall suddenly, unexpectedly. That may last for a minute or a day. This is the big change in the status of our season now. Going deeper, this may sound similar but they are defined differently. I want to pinpoint the background details the changes in our climate and the remaining chances we have to develop to change these problem and issues. 
 Climate Change:  greenhouse gases and CFC's causes the rise of temperature. This event leads to the melting of ice bergs and glaciers in the poles. The pollution we are experiencing may demand also to the thinning effect in our ozone layer. Theses little things when sum up, can eventually end to CLIMATE CHANGE. Global warming is the one of the major effects of this change. That the earth's temperature rises and small chances for the change diminishes each and every day if we do nothing to preserve the treasure we have.
     Change! We must take the risk to chances that starts within us. The change for the betterment of the human race. Start now! We as the highest class of living things must lead the way. Stop climate change.. We can still save mother earth by doing little things; chances that can simply make our world bring back the precious beauty.
     I will not mention all the ways because all of us knows the answer. Only we are not doing anything but we are capable of it. If you can imagine it, dream of it, then make a move. We can do it. Start from ourselves.

two times the fun

     Second grading period is nearly approaching to end. As usual, before a part of a chapter in my life closes, I just want to extend my thoughts and everything in my days dealing with the subject ICT.

     Two times the fun! Twice the coverage of learnings. More on discoveries and a whole lot more in entering the world of blogging and exploring things beneath the horizon of the web; web browser, web page, page address, domain name, search engines, HTML tags and file, tag attributes and font attributes. Our skills were enhanced through different sets of activities inside the computer room.
    I learned deeper now compared from the last grading. I discovered things I didn't expect to touch in the class. There is no such a big problem at all in our lesson because those are easy to understand. With the help of our subject teacher Ma'am Evelyn Vera Cruz and our practice teacher Ms. Melanie Queyquep, I smoothly catch the lessons and topics.
     I challenged myself to be better this time. So, I always try to listen in times of discussion and do all the exercises given. How did I addressed those challenges? Simple, trust in the Lord and own self.
     What is stored in my mind is to strictly follow the codes for HTML tags, tags attributes and font attributes. For I believe, in every action takes a rule. Moving on, I will continue my journey to be a better student in ICT twice.

English Proficient is Competent

     Language is the most essential tool in the world of communication. English is the universal language and this means that English proficiency is the medium for communicative competence.

     From the theme mentioned above, the English month celebration in the Philippines tackles to uphold language proficiency especially in English language. Competition in all around the world is highly in the making. This competition is not only economically, socially, or financially but also communicative.

     We must enhance our skills in speaking and in writing through the universal language for better blending of development and progress. This is important to countries like ours  being on the process of going on the top.

     English proficient is competent. Almost all of the aspects in the world used by professionals is English. The competition is friendly for me. Yes, this is not that serious in the matter of tough competition but for communication is reality. 

     Filipinos have many dialects, we all know. But because of our eagerness to compete and go with the flow of technology, we precisely enhance using English language. This is also true to the demanding English proficient job employment. The great challenge to communicate with others in all corners all corners of the globe.

     I will not go further or elaborate more on the theme. The theme may explain itself already. If you are really communicative competent, you'll understand what I am squeezing from my ideas revolving from the topic.

Science Clubbers to Sustain Energy

    Energy can be conserved nor destroyed.  Scientricity is the role of science clubbers in maintaining sustainable energy. Science clubbers and their role in conserving energy is where the topic revolves. Let us explore.

      Science clubbers are the people in charged in recharging young scientists of our generation today. They are the ones who are responsible in conserving the remaining energy of the earth that can be developed to make new and great inventions useful to man.

      Sustainable energy can be attained. It can be also maintained. To be aware, our world is now on The state of limited energy sources. So, the science clubs all around the country developed an effective theme of the month of science celebration to echo the society of the goal we want to achieve.

     A dry cell or battery is needed to light to a bulb. Like the bright ideas, one's mind must be fueled to awake him that energy remaining is up for us to conserve and not to waste. Young Pilipinos are considered also scientists in their own way. I am a scientist. I am a member of science club. I am a science clubber. And so are you reading this right now.

     Energy is needed to do work. Work hard and well. Do it with your heart. Sustain energy and energize science clubbers. Promote Science Electricity in high charged voltage and continue empowering.
